If you want reliability and not a lot of heat, then i would say Magnuson or Edelbrock 2650, Stage 2 cam, larger TB and intake, exhaust upgrade, Lower pulley swap, and good tune

How about the fuel system? What kind of power is the stock system good for?

DSX low side aux pump and Lingenfelter high flow check valve. Basically that is my build. Mine was 763 uncorrected and 801 corrected

If you dont mind trimming your hood then the edelbrock makes it easier to hook up secondary injectors. I didnt want to touch the hood and went Magnuson

800 wheel is 950 crank or bhp, which is the hp that KaTech, Lingenfelter, Hennessey and other prominent shops quote. Go to their sites and study the details of their builds. My mods in sig will make close to that hp. It takes a lot of work and a lot of money.

What IneedAZ said for sure!

It's not necessary but if port the heads you can probably squeeze out 30 hp more. Not that you need the extra hp but it can allow you to spin the blower slower to reach that 800 with less heat.

also do the 38% fuel lobe on the cam I see a lot of 32% being used seems like the fuel system is the week link might as well get the mostest lol

also if you plan on running 93 oct which should be fine for a 2650 at 800 to 850 I would use the cometic head gaskets that are tad thicker than the oem LT4s should bump the compression down just a tad if your gonna use meth, e85, or go for the record then don't worry about doing that but, you would be surprised it all adds up in the end.

Anything you can do stretch the limits 93 octane on a weak fuel system will be very beneficial! So Make the car efficient as hell.

If you want to run this level of power on road courses you need to focus on keeping heat to stock levels or it will overheat for sure, and fueling should not exceed stock system beyond injectors, cam and voltage booster.

Adding a DSX aux pump will risk motor damage from G-force fuel starvation below 1/2 tank, and I wouldn't track my ZLE with that setup.

For street and drag racing only, this stuff doesn't really apply

My Dyno chart from Hennessey has me at 824whp and 775ft-lb at the wheels for the Exorcist upgrade. Here’s what they did...

Nice, glad you are enjoying your car. This isn't a bad thing that I'm saying but note that you have a 2.9L supercharger (Whipple I assume) vice most people go the Maggie 2650 route for this car.

The car is amazing and I’m loving every minute behind the wheel. It’s WAY more power than I need but I didn’t want any buyers remorse as I did with some of my other vehicles. It’s a Whipple SC and they offered me either one. I was told the lead time for the Whipple would be 4 weeks longer so I went with the Maggie because that’s what’s on my Tundra and I probably wouldn’t be able to tell difference anyway. When I took delivery and I popped the hood, I saw “Whipple” staring at me. I wasn’t mad but you bet your a$* I had a constructive conversation with them. At the end of the day they took care of me and it’s all in the past. I can’t wait to take it to Pocono Raceway to see what it can do!

They usually list their dyno numbers in STD so it’s about 3% lower for SAE. Unless your dyno chart is in sae already but it’s probably STD.

Lots of big blower/cam Zs making 800-850whp SAE right now.

My car is ported stock blower/cam and made 780whp with Meth. I have since deleted the Meth and now tuned without it. No clue where I’m at but I’d guess 710-720whp

My HPE850 used the same component mods except my SC and TB were stock. As shown in my sig I'm going the Kong route currently. If I'm not happy with that hp level, I'll drop a higher volume SC (either the 2.9 or 2650) and high side DSX pump on it.
