I live in a 1BR condo in an upscale area, 3 miles from the beach, 20 minutes to basically anywhere in San Diego and I pay $1460/mo, which around here is absolute chump change. And it will be paid off in about 6yrs. Like I said, I'm single, no kids....and will never have kids or get married again. But I usually have a girlfriend. Where am I going?

haha im gonna get a condo after the camaro is paid off somewhere in oc/riverside area but was always told to never buy a 1br condo lol do you have a garage for camaro or just a spot?

Have one spot in underground gated garage. Plenty of nice cars down there too. One guy has a new M2, another Gen 5 ZL1. Not ideal for washing but I pretty much can't stand doing the hose, bucket, towels thing anyway. I'll run it through a car wash and could care less or use no rinse wash. Been running my white Jetta through cheap, shiddy car washes since 2014 and everyone says it looks brand new, LOL.

haha not bad my buddy lives in nice gated apt complex in hb and he got his wheels stolen off his challenger scat pack rt within like a month of living there lol sucks!

I wouldn’t enjoy it even with the winter tires. I like putting mine away for 4-5 months because every spring it feels like I just bought a brand new car all over again.
