I got my borla secondary cat delete to work with my kooks headers, which is part of your system, so I say yes, but you have to cut it, at least with the hifo cats. Driver side is a little tricky, but not terrible, passenger side was cake. I haven't driven it around yet, but its together and not leaking at idle.

You must have the 60606 which I don't think you can get anymore. The 60607 is designed to keep the sec cats so it should be close to where the kooks connection pipes end up. just not sure if it would be short or not.

Why are people doing headers w Xpipe and factory exhaust over just headers and exhaust?

Stronger NPP muffling? Normally folks just opt for the x-pipes provided by the manufacturer of the headers.

Looking at both directions, I bet you will be a few inches short. I'll be doing the same thing eventually, hopefully the shop can fab up something that works.

I bet this was easier than the 60607 kit. I'd rather cut the Borla pipes than have to fill in the gaps like with the 60607 kit.

I have a sw axleback, the catback was much more, and I've read alot of posts saying changing the piping isnt going to do much unless you are fi. Also, your pipe doesnt have to be dead nuts either, if you are using the couplers at least, I have a gap on my drivers side, but the coupling closed it.
