TSP Long tube headers/ HFC 2014 SS npp

For those that actually have the TSP Lth/HFC on their vehicles with the npp exhaust. I don't want to hear about the different brands like kooks. I'm familiar with that brand, just want to know how these tsp worked out for you. Did you get the extra HP rwp, how was the rumble/sound? Did you lose any back pressure, how was the throttle response and did you overall feel a difference. I'm thinking about getting this setup, so your expertise will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance...

I have heard nothing but good things about tsp. I haven't saved up enough but tsp will be my choice on my 14 ss. Along with the cam, push rod and valve spring kit. Never heard anything bad about tsp. But I would like to see everyone else response also

There are a lot of utube videos of long tubes with npp exhaust. You won't get any difference in sound from different brands.

The sound is amazing! It's what you would expect from this car.

As for rwhp you should expect 35-45 with the tune. Same thing there, long tubes are long tubes, every brand gets about the same as long as they are 1 7/8".

You will feel the difference with the added hp and the tune. If you want even more throttle response, get a ported throttle body.

Texas speed is an established company that seems to be known for great quality and service. They make good parts, but there are cheaper that do the same.

Hope this helps, if not take it for what it is.

This is a great setup for anyone who wants the power but also wants somewhat of a "stealth" mode at low rpm. I have (another brand) 1-7/8" lth with HFCs into the OE H pipe then NPP (stock catback). With CAI and ported throttle body, I went from 380/380 to 424/419 rwhp/tq. The sound is perfect (note that I have a convertible). On startup, you can certainly tell the car's been modded but isn't obnoxious. When NPP opens up, it rips-as you would expect. The throttle response went from mushy to crisp and you certainly notice the additional power. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I will be installing TSP 2" LTH w/ their HFC's along with a JRE tune on Friday. I have a 15 1LE with NPP, Bo PTB, Z28 CAI. I will post the results on Saturday. I had a 13 1LE with a Airaid CAI, Bo PTB, NPP, and JRE tune, so I will be able to have a good idea what the TSP LTH/HFC added as far as power and sound.

Thank you! Your whole setup sounds similar to what I want. When you get them put on, include a sound clip if you can

Installed my TSP LT headers myself and they went in really easy. I dont have the HFC but I still have the stock npp mufflers and I love the sound.

Much improved. No iron mass to hold the heat.
