I just got 21 psi reading the manifold pressure sensor. I feel better, thanks for the help!

It's a must-have component for this car, that's for sure. You'll throw a CEL if you're driving balls to the wall consistently. I get one maybe once a month and clear it with my phone.

So I installed a equus boost gauge today by connecting to the bung on my Mishimoto cold side charge pipe. I'm essentially 200ish ft above sea level. I'm getting reading around 13-15. I was expecting 20 as well but nope. Not sure if it's the gauge or what. Is it possible I have a drop in boost from only having the cold side charge pipe installed so far on a stock intercooler?

It's probably reading low because you are trying to read boost from the charge pipe. I believe the better way to read boost on these cars is by tapping into one of the vacuum lines on the turbo. I'm not sure what one though. I know there is an illustrated thread on how to do it in these forums somewhere.
