probably dipshits that torqued my strut down when they installed my new yyz springs lol had another place replace the strut and torque and locktight the endlinks and swaybar bushings and no issues so far been about 2 or 3 months now

My front right has started making an increasingly louder clicking sound as I go slowly over speed bumps. Could be making the sound at other times but I can't hear it. Looks like I need to check mine...

Earlier today my car wasn't recognizing my key and I had no AC or ventilated seats. Ugh.

Looks like the fun is beginning at 5k miles...

Mine started to make noise a few days after i hit an imperfection in the road a couple weeks back. got so bad i parked the car until i was able to get an appointment. Took this TSB in with me and explained to the person behind the desk that it might be this issue. After an all day affair they finally called and said it was loose end links and it is not covered under warranty because i hit a pot hole. I calming replied to the person on the other end of the phone, do you remember the piece of paper i gave you at 745 am this morning. it says exactly what you told and yes, by the way, this is a warranty item. It was already after hours and the service manager was gone, so he has to talk to him tomorrow morning.

Frustrating, that you try to provide some guidance, yet they do their own thing. I even mentioned at 9 am when they were giving me a rental car that maybe they should put it on the alignment lift and look at the end links because all he was doing was putting on the lift and letting the wheels hang.

anyway one more 1le with this issue.

Mine are doing the same. Took to dealer and they had to order new nuts and apply locktite

Curious how you guys use the Allen key to prevent the end link from moving AND use a torque wrench at the same time

Mine started clunking at about 8k. Was pulling out of the driveway and clunk it started. Happens sometime more than at other times but no specific event occurred that I found to cause it. Dealer took care of it no problem.

Mine is clunking now after 4000 miles and 8 track days. Will be trying the Nord-lock and loctite fix

can I tighten them down when the car is on ramps or can I only do it when the wheel is off the ground?
I am hearing weird pulsing sounds on the passenger side when I take left turns hard. Do you think this is causing this?

Had the tsb done and the front end still makes the noise. Sounds like a POS!

I understand how to tighten it but how do you know what amount of torque you are using? Also iirc, once you use loctite, the amount of torque used should change right?
