It looks sexy. It's also just the beginning. We still don't know the interior or more options on different models. AND HD SHOTS OF THE CAR. The years to come they will make tweaks. I love it so far. I sill love my 5th Gen of course too. I want to own both

I don't think the people that are going tomorrow will feel cheated one bit. Today's surprise reveal (if it's the real thing) doesn't change anything. Tomorrow the 1000 people that got invited will be apart of history and I bet they will have the time of their lives!!!

Boy I'm glad I got my 2014 1LE. Sorry but based on the pictures, I would pick the new Mustang over the 2016 Camaro everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. I don't care how nice the interior is! But hey once I see it in person, maybe that will change.

I like this part...

• Segment-exclusive, Interior Spectrum Lighting that offers 24 different ambient lighting settings – and offers a “car show” mode

• High-definition, configurable color displays – including available dual 8-inch screens

• Available wireless phone charging and next-generation Chevrolet MyLink with new smartphone projection
Awesome. I hope this rumor is true. Sounds like what I am looking for.

Agreed. That's the first thing I look for when I see any of these cars on the road.

Actually, that kind of was my point, but I guess my sarcasm flew right over your head? I'm confused....now we're just clashing sarcasm with sarcasm.

The point, which I explained, was that there are lots of cars (parts of them) that happen to look like SOMETHING else on the road.

I used the Mustang as another example...only Ford did it on purpose. The Toyota is a coincidence.

.......damn I hate this thread.

It's like they took what they were doing with the refresh, and did it MORE so with the 6th Gen...so it's not my taste.

Still, when you see may of those specific style cues on Lexus/Toyota, it makes the Camaro feel a bit less special.

EDIT: 2013 Lexus IS

Not exactly a clone for the 6th Gen Camaro, but it seems to be the forbearer of this style.
Actually the ZL1 seems to have started the trend before Lexus. Lexus just proved how much you can screw up the looks of a car by being too aggressive with it.
