New Personal Best
Made it to the track on Sunday and with -1400 DA!
 finally got into the 1.6's 60 foot! just barely! But I will take it! So Big Dave was there and with DR's, CAI and a PTB he is still faster than I am!!! I had a discussion with him about torque management... I guess that could be the problem! Or he just has a faster ZL1! lol All in all it was a good day! Good to have a personal best before she gets put away for winter!

I would like to race another time before winter! I just watched the news and they are calling for snow possibly on thursday around my neck of the woods!! Thanks for the compliment on the rims! I like the way it looks and it actually doesnt handle bad at all with them skinnys on the front! I am a big fan of those front Mickey Thompson tires! was planning on swapping between the two sets but I will probably keep the stock ones under a cover in the basement! Send me a PM if you plan on going again. I would really like to do that track rental at Cecil but thats a tough weekend for me!

Are you leaving right off idle or bringing the rpms up on the converter and then launching. My best 60' and my 10.03@138 was right off idle, I've tried every rpm up to 2k and never had a 60' below 1.55, leaving right off idle mine consistently is 1.45 to 1.50.
