For autocross, it is hard to beat the RE-71R's

I haven't driven on RE71Rs, but now that the BFG rivals come in 305/30/19, several local CAM-C drivers have switched and have reported going faster than they did on the REs. I started withe the Rivals and I am happy with them. But I will try to REs too this winter season. I will say that the BFGs worked wonderfully with 2 drivers in the summer heat. I'd switch back and forth between cooling them off with water and not doing it and it didn't feel any different, the tires just didn't get that greasy feeling. It actually made more of a difference opening the hood and spraying down the radiators.

I missed my last event so I'm not sure yet. The 305/30/19 rivals were just released in July, I think. But I will find out on Dec 8th.
