Reading this thread, I’m like wtf, I’ll grab one....til I saw the price! Jesus that IS an extremely expensive piece of plastic. I guess engineering musta cost a ton because there’s no way it should cost that much unless it’s made of adamantium.

This is where I'm at. Id love to order 1 but the sticker shock for a plastic is what kills me. I may just remove the snow blocker piece and call it good

I bet. I wonder if you can put a black mesh behind the front grill to block out those debris. I'm thinking about doing that for my SS as well. Hate fishing out those debris in front of the radiator. Probably would help protect the radiator as well.

Watch what screen you use... You wouldn't believe how much a screen will block/disrupt the air charge..

I thought I read a while ago that Pray was fabbing some scoop as well. Did that not pan out?

Here is what the scoop gets you. Lower IATs. It is not "Ram Air" but helps the flow to the suction point. So think about it like putting some ice on your manifold. If you look at the stock airflow guide the wide mouth helps direct more air to the intake.

It does not fit the LT1 model however. :( Mine is on crooked. When the weather gets nice I hope to fix that.
