Radz, you've done a great job with install and pics. Very clean and tidy, well thought out. *

Thanks for providing so much detail. Im unclear about the need for addl fuel lines. Im likely adding the PI to my own procharged setup, so there will obviously be differences from yours, but could you recap what WASN'T in the kit that you needed to get, if anything?

You mentioned fabbing up AN fuel lines. Was the addl fuel lines to accommodate the e85 sensor or something for the core kit?

Very nice progress! I like where you put the REFLEX controller, tucked away from heat, the box is intended for underhood temperatures, but probably better if it's cooler.

Hey cj',

What wasn't included in the kit from Mike was any plumbing, minus the -6AN fittings at the end of the fuel rails. I added everything else, which is what I expected, and would probably be similar to what you will need. I would just make sure you have room below/around the intake manifold you'll be using and make sure you order the appropriate kit for your valve cover set-up. If you tell Mike what you want, I'm SURE you'll get what you need though. I've been working with Grant over there, too, and he's been just as awesome.

So - you'll pretty much need everything I needed for plumbing (minus the E' sensor if you're not doing that). And - if you haven't watched the videos on Mike's channel, give them a gander. They're helpful.

THANKS MIKE!!! I just took him out for the first drive yesterday. I have a couple questions for you later, lol, but I think they're likely pretty simple. I didn't know it at the time, but I copied Matt at Nickey for now. I thought I could stash it a little more out of the way (and to just try to keep away from heat or much moisture as much as reasonable, like you said) , under the headlight, but that will have to wait until I pull the bumper off. It was every bit (for a normal person, lol) do understand and put together as you showed in your video though.

I'm still learning

Yeah, I contacted them and ordered the SC plates.

So the fuel lines split at the front of the rails and then recombine at the back right? And E85 sensor and HPFP is last in line. That way fuel flows through parallel through both rails, then to the E sensor and HPFP.

@TooHighPSI - If you are still watching. I'd sure as heck buy a prefabbed fuel line setup Should be a pretty standard config setup you could sell.

You are correct, Mike doesn't prefab as he did mine. We worked together on the setup so others would be able to see what I posted on the threads. You'll have a lot of room which we don't have with the PDs since they are so much wider the your manifold. It's pretty easy and if I need to I can post pics again.

Very informative post.

I am still debating on adding the THPSI kit, I already have +30’s, LPE, Fore. If only I had waited for his kit lol. It would be nice to not blend and have more fuel down the road thou.

Thanks for the post

With the port plates on, did you have to change the belt size? If you did, can you share with one you went with, thanks! Also I pm you a few questions

I'm assuming your addressing me? I didn't have a Maggie on this car before the Thpsi plates, did it all at one time. You may or may not since you'll be able to run more boost (probably) with the new setup and a smaller pulley. Usually the belt can take up to about 1/2" either way depending on the tensioner. But if you can run a smaller pulley because this allows you to run more timing and boost you might be good to go. Just depends on your plans on the power level you want to make.

Thanks Laynlo for the feedback. Yes so for my next round I will be doing port injection and a smaller upper pulley. Going to try to dsx pulley relocation as well to help with belt wrap to hopefully eliminate any belt slip so I was just wondering if a new belt will be needed.

No problem, glad to help anytime. Are you still running the Lt4 blower? Mike just put his back on the Z06 and really likes the way it performs with his port injection. Makes great power and drives like stock.

I have the magnuson 2650 on my zl1. Stock headers and fuel system at the moment. Hoping port injection will wake it up. I have aftermarket headers ready and planning to do all at once.
