Probably run 25 for the track on E67 with the 95mm pulley which is 11 psi and just swap the pulley to the 98mm and not change the tune. Our tune works great on both pulleys. Your build is much like mine except I have a 2300 Maggie and Small gulp Rotofab. How much did you make on the 17.5 tune? I'm with King, maybe 50 but I'd bet a little more than that.
LT1 and LT4's are different.

Update for you guys. We are currently at 19 degrees of timing now, new best 60-130 is 5.7 in 1400DA and 65* temp. I hope when we get to 23-25 degree that I will be in the 5.5 or possibly lower! Trans tune has helped a lot! Excited to see how this end.

NICE!!! I don't have the coconuts to run it out that fast around here (and I never make it to the track) even though I have a Dragy... lame... TCM can be a killer, so that's good you have it squared away. Just creep-up on it, and watch the fueling. WOT-tuning isn't the difficult part, but keeping the car pointed straight can be, lol.

Sure they are but mainly the blower, cam is slightly different and of course there is the compression difference plus his has forged pistons.

I agree, even on drag radial the initial hit was spinning and there were a few time I felt the car trying to go sideway lol.
