I circled where I hooked up my 2013 for 5 winter storage years no issues. On the 2015 its hooked up directly on the battery do to the procharger being in the way.

Hook all 3 of mine directly to the batteries. I have 3 differant battery chargers. But hook them up to the same battery every year. Just cause I'm so anal about things.

I use a Battery Tender Plus with a quick release harness. The harness is 'permanently' attached, so all I have to do is pull the car in and plug the harness into the tender. Provides a clean, solid connection ..

My battery tender had a little pigtail connection and I connected it to the battery in back, slit the drain plug and just keep it dangling with a cap if you're thinking of a more permanent solution. Makes storage super easy.

Here’s my setup. I hard wired the leads to the jump points for a cleaner look. It lives under the hood and when I park, I unravel the cord and plug it in...
