There's really no other variables. You have a smaller circle up front than stock and a bigger circle in the back than stock. All I'm saying is consider this. These highly computerized machines monitor each wheel and how fast it is moving. If these computers get bad data that says wheels are turning at a different rate than they actually are, they can give bad results when it comes to braking the individual wheels for ABS and traction control management.

Do what you want to do. It's your ride and more power to you. It's a good looking car. I just want you to be informed and I can't figure out why Nitto, a very reputable tire company, would do this.
I understand, maybe there is a reason behind their madness? I mean they do this for a living. I don't know lol

nt555 g2 performance

How well are these tires, dry performance wise? Im looking for a good street tire to daily that will hook up on the streets well from a first gear roll. putting down 420 on the mustang dyno and running 285 pilot super sports on all fours on my 1LE. I wanna know how well the new nittos perform because i have been considering the nt555r but these new nittos seem good and not too expensive. I have also driven the new camaro six and it has a lot of low end torque so those tires aren't easy to hook up from first gear, so please let me know how they are doing for you! Thanks!

My Car was used for their promo of the new NT555'S. I posted a Picture of how the tires look from the rear of the car but, Nitto didn't want anything else posted till now! I will post more picture of my car with these tires. The rear are 305/35/20 front 255/35/20 love the way the car sits needs a little lower to make it look even better but, could be fixed with springs. thanks for looking!
How are these performing on the street? Do they hook up well? Im currently at 420 to the wheels on a mustang dyno in my 1LE running michelin pilot super sports but im curious as to how well the new nittos perform with so much low end torque? Do they hook from 1st gear roll or do they spin out? Thank you

OP, are you sure they are 305/35-20 in the rear? Nitto's site does not show that size being available??? They show a 305/30-20 though.... Thinking hard about getting a set of these, how are you liking them so far?

I'm a dealer for Nitto's and I can't find them either. Maybe they'll have them out later because the 30 series is just to short for me.

My car is the red one on the first page. I love the tires. Really good in the rain and def a difference in traction and handling.

your PSS are phenomenal tires I wouldn't drop them at all, they are by far one of the best high performance summer tires you can buy. Unless there is data showing otherwise keep your PSS.

Also be careful of people comparing old worn vs new tires, as its a ridiculous comparison.

What if it's 28" in back, would that work?
