Can I drive with mods listed before getting a tune?

I am installing a MSD atomic airforce 103mm manifold along with a Nick Williams 103mm throttle body on my 2016 camaro 1SS. I already have a Roto Fab CAI installed and everything else is stock. Is it safe to drive my car before a tune?

A single crank and short easy drive to the tuner, probably. Long term, no. You are increasing air flow to the engine (causing lean conditions). The ECU can cope with it with long term fuel trims using the O2 sensors in closed loop mode. It can't cope as well in open loop during hard driving and before the O2 sensors are warmed up from cold starts. Will it kill your engine immediately? Probably not. Will it increase wear and cause premature engine failure? Almost certainly.

Thanks for the reply. Im in san diego and am driving to vegas next weekend which is about 4.5 hours one way. I would be driving conservatively vice hot rodding. Does that matter?
