22's on 6th Gen (Pics inside)
Here are some pics of 22's on the 6th Gen SS' that I don't think look bad at all. I'm thinking you probably have to get some black wheels so that they won't look very big. I was a huge fan on 22's on the 5th Gen. I outfitted both 5th Gens. Even though I'm leaning more towards a 20 for my 6th Gen. Thought I would share these.

I had 22's on my 5th gen but i think 22's overpower the look of the car on the 6th gen. Glad I did 20’s with my new wheels.

I agree. This time around I'm thinking more about the performance of the car. Last go around I was more into the appearance. Even though the 5th Gen looked very good in 22's the performance suffered. Can you share some of your 20's on your 6th Gen?

Exactly! It's a terrible look on the smaller Gen6 body. I did prefer them on the Camaro's larger body.

Wow.. I don't think they look bad at all!! The only reason why I won't do it is because my 16' SS feels/drives incredible!!! And I don't wanna mess with that!

I kinda like the look, I tend to go for looks before performance. I know 22's will drop performance a little, but my 2SS has enough power that I won't miss it.
Will probably be getting the 22's when I do upgrade when my stock tires need changed. |

Keep in mind that a 315 or 305 tire in the rear probably won't be possible with a 22. I love wide tires in the rear. Did 315's on my 5th Gen with a 22.. So I will have to go 20's if I want rear tires in the 300's!!
