Got it. Is it too tight to where you need small magnet subs or shallows? I’ve never seen the trunk of a vert. Gonna google real quick.

Thumbs up I got one of these in my vert with top down...

... fits easily under the top, rocks pretty hard, and easy to remove and carry - I had a handle screwed into it.
