CAG Skip Shift

I installed a CAG Skip Shift eliminator from Southern Car Parts over the weekend and it has basically made going into reverse very hard. So hard it takes two hands to manhandle the shift lever into the reverse gear. Has anyone encountered this or once installed has anyone encountered anything other than what it intended it to do??

You put it on the wrong solenoid. The one for CAGS is above the one for reverse. Common mistake as the reverse one is easier to get to.

I used the SLP skip shift eliminator and didn't have any issues. It must be what ZED SLED said.

Yep the right one is a PITA to get to. I had access to a lift which helped a lot.

I am searching for various after market parts and keep running into situations that do not include the year 2015 model...

For instance, Pedal Covers are listed for 2010-2014... What is the difference?

The CAGS delete switch also only include 2010-2014. What is the difference in that?

Also, last but certainly not least. Under hood engine dress up kits. They also seem to leave out the 2015. Is there really that much of a difference even as they are all Gen 5 versions?

Any helpful info would be much appreciated.

From my experiences with searching and buying stuff for my 2011 and my friends 2014, everything that is out there for the 2010-2015 fits them all, underhood, interior suspension, wheels, brakes, the only difference on the items being different is some body pieces, because the front bumper cover ant the rear bumper cover and trunk are different on the 2010-2013 vs 2014-2015.. Correct me if I'm wrong. The other thing that is different, and I'm sure you know, is that some of the V6 and V6 body parts are different. Front bumpers to be exact.
