I don't have a problem stopping in Van Horn if necessary, but if you can't make it between Horizon City and Ft. Stockton, there's no way your going to make it between Ft. Stockton and Kerrville, there really is no gas stations that I know of on that stretch.

Ok we'll plan on stopping in Kerrville instead of SA for fuel, that should still get us to Baytown, but we can stop in Houston if necessary.
P.S. Don't Forget Your Walkie Talkies, not much cell service between there either.

Yeah for sure I can make it to fort Stockton I jus thought it was about 300 drive but I'll be good we can stopin fort Stockton at the new flying j truck stop

Does anybody have any other ideas for lunch in SA, it appears the Steak N Shake off of I-10 may be closed. There's 2 others, but there out of the way.
