Hi all!

Anyone have any recommendations of shops that do window tinting around Tampa? I live out in Brandon but would be willing to drive a bit, pending price and quality of work.

Tint Studio in Riverview on Gibsonton, he's done 2 cars for me and he's awesome! He's got different price points but the quality is top notch.

Thanks! Looked them up and will be giving them a call. Did they do your Camaro? Mind if I asked what kind of tint you got and how much you paid?

My car came with tint and I never got around to paying to have it removed and redone. They will be doing my new Camaro though. They did my wife's Veloster and Altima at different times. On the Veloster they did the metallic tint and I think it was around $160, this time around we did the ceramic and I think it was $260. I have to say the ceramic tint is worth it, especially in Florida!

I've seen Mercs, BMW's and corvettes there so he's good at what he does. He actually takes the door panels off to get the tint below the seals, which is awesome.

Hot damn I can't get over how good those 50th anniversary models look. The tint looks great - what % did you get? Is that the ceramic tint? Run about $260?

27%/15% Cermaic Tint, he charged me $279 and worth every penny. He actually shaves the film on the front windows since the Camaro windows are beveled, which is very cool. If you go, tell him James with the 50th Camaro sent ya.

So how did you get in contact with them? Last week I filled out the 'contact us' form on their website to no response, then today I called 3 times, first 2 times were busy signals and 3rd time went to a VM with a different phone number. Also emailed them without response.

Thanks for the suggestion that I'm just now getting back to, haha. Gave him a call and he answered right away, you can tell this dude cares about his business. Llumar ceramic tint, $179 installed. Have an appointment first thing Friday morning, I can't WAIT!

Haha you and I are the pair of base 1LT in the Tampa Bay Camaros... We need to step it up! Swapping my trunk lid on Wednesday with an SS and getting the windows done on Friday... Will of course post pics when done
