Trans going into limp mode

I have a d1 on my 2016 ss
Car was just tuned, ran fine on dyno until the drive home 😡.
Was cruising home then trans strated coming out of gear. Pulled over turned it off for a few min. Started it bck up drove for a few and less then a 1/2 mile strated to do it again.

M6 or A8? Either way I hope it's not a big issue.

The tire high probably wasn't put in right. I'm on a 26 tall tire
