While using the gmfamilyfirst site to build a car, you still can't select WL4 and H50 together (which is weird). Has anyone figured out 1.) what these look like, 2.) if they can be ordered at the time of the car order?

NOTE: would gladly start a thread of it's own instead of using this one...

Becky takes in trades...the truck drops off the new one and takes the trade back......Isn't that right becky???? ...I've seen pics on here of her driver doing that for one of her customers

Hi Becky. I'm posting this here as you requested....

Well, I have received my order workbench and an order number from Stingray Chevrolet. The Order Number is TPQWKV. Hooray! I assume that's all you need to lookup/track an order.

If you can, please let me know when the order actually was put in (Last Saturday/Monday or Today). After they took my order and $500 deposit, I didn't hear a word from the Sales Manager until I called him out today through another Sales Manager. Then miraculously I received a snapshot of the order workbench with a "I'll call you as soon as I'm done with this customer". 6 Hours later I replied to his text "Still waiting for your call". He called 5 minutes later. I laid into the Sales Manager about how unprofessional I have been treated so far and I'm not very happy. When I started this I asked 2 things - do you have allocations and I would like the Order Workbench. It took him 5 days!

I'm working on private selling my Camaro, but Stingray so far has given me the lowest trade-in quote. When I was on the phone I mentioned again what I wanted for the trade-in and that with all the issues he should really work with me on a better number. All of a sudden he goes into "well we started the paperwork without the trade-in soif you want to do it with a trade-in that will change the numbers". I said "Hold up right there. Understand that with or without the trade-in the numbers on the the vehicle and discounts and adjustments do not change. They are 2 separate things other than the taxes. You won't say you're giving me more on the trade-in here, then jack up some fees on the new car." It irks me when they want to start changing the numbers!!

Anyway, just venting for a moment. Please let me know any details on the order if you can.
