I leave mine at 20-22 psi cold. If I am making a long trip like 50 miles I bump them up to 30.

What is the rear wheel setup you're running? Are those Forgestars?

I have almost the same setup, To the track I air the fronts up to 45psi and the rears to 32psi cold. The once I am at the track I am around the 23-26 psi range for my runs. Then once I am ready to head home I hook up a hose to both tires on the same side, I open the valve and let the 45psi from the fronts bleed off into the 24psi of the rears.

This allows me to get the fronts pretty close to the 32psi cold setting and the drag radials as well until I get back home and swap everything back around.
