Cutouts or Diverters?
I have a 2017 Camaro SS with NPP, but even with the valves open and the fuse pulled, I wish it was just a little bit louder sometimes. My only goal is to be able to have a louder than stock sound when I want it, but also still be able to keep it quiet when I need to. I have been doing research on whether to go with cutouts or diverters and what brand to go with, but I just can't make up my mind.
What do you think would be the best bang for my buck to achieve my goal? Cast your vote in the poll, and feel free to elaborate on any pros and cons in the discussion! Thanks in advance for your help! |

I have the dmh. They work fine and do not leak. I had a motor go bad and they replaced it no questions asked.

Sure. You can just crack them open a little.

Mine hang down a little. If you just want the sound I would put them in the back. There is more room back there.

You should have down pipes to focus the exhaust away from the car. The way you have it if you sit and idle to long the gases will fill the cabin of the car
