3 great new tools I bought

I got 3 great new tools this week that are really saving me time!

I thought I would share:

First is the Viking Flexible Wheel Stick

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is a bendable wheel cleaning brush that is great for getting between and behind spokes! And the best part is it cost $3.65!

Second is the One Pass Waterblade

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is a silicone squeegee for removing water from the car after washing. Wow! This is a MAJOR timesaver. Works great and does not mar the paint!

Third is the Detailer's Choice 4-100 Mini Squeegee with Sponge

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...e_o02_s00?ie=U

I have moved away from microfiber to clean windows due to the residual microfibers left on the window. This squeegee gives me clean streak free windows every time. And it is only $5.74!

There ya go! Three cheap new tools that will save you time!

I like that first item and may have to pick it up. I've always been to scared to use a water blade, especially since both my cars are black. Thanks for sharing.

I think the key is that the paint must be clean. I tested it on 2 old cars and on a spot on my Camaro that needs polishing anyway, and I did not see any marks. It's all about technique. A drying towel can do the same thing with a piece of dirt or a piece of leaf/twig stuck in the towel.

Used the Waterblade for years, like every other tool, if you keep it clean, and the car is clean, you wont do any damage at all.

But this is a perfect example of why I Orbital/finish polish 1x/yr. . Then I don't have to worry about whether in a certain light I can see marring, etc. etc....... polishing the car once a year cleans up all that stuff, and where I've rubbed up against the car etc. and the trunk loading area, especially.......I don't baby my car, it's a car. Three years of using a blade, paint still looked show quality.

Agree.

I am polishing my car for the first time in May. I do have some swirls on my trunk. Looking forward to it! I have polishes from the entire spectrum of the Autopia Polish Comparison Chart.
