lol, yeah. This dealer's advertising on one car is the reason sales are low.

It is special indeed, although a built SS 1LE and not a ZL1. Waaay more than a bunch of badges, it has a 416 cc engine with forged crankshaft, rods, pistons, upgraded fuel system, a custom supercharger that looks like a 2.9 Whipple, even the A10 is swapped out for the more stout 10L90.

As to whether it's worth the price, I don't know, but it's definitely not a cosmetic package or an unbalanced build. (As to looks, well it's not a 2018, let's not go down the refresh rabbit hole again )

odds are only a small fraction of those built ever see pavement. most will be dusted regularly and show up across barrett jackson occasionally to land in a different garage getting dusted.....
investment not car.

This isn't first time i've seen this kind of advertising. When I was looking for a 1le, in 2018, dealers in FL weren't putting sufficient info describing the 1le package in autotrader. They were just putting Camaro 1ss but didn't talk about the details of what 1le package contained. So yeah, I stand by my comment that dealers have bad advertisements causing low sales.

Well i didnt even know there was a modern Yenko camaro. So who warranties this thing? If a person bought it, took it to the track n blew it up, is it under warranty? Dont get me wrong, i wouldnt buy one even if i could afford it.

I'd save the $120k and watch the remaining $10k float down the river before I spend that kind of money on a Camaro.

SVE Inc covers the car with their warranty and you have the factory GM warranty too. SVE Inc is the old SLP Performance in New Jersey.

130k for a Yenko? If I were that rich I'd just buy a 69 Yenko.

And didn't the 60's Yenko's actually have some racing heritage?

The site has it as a manual so it’s also the “Stage 2” Yenko, I didn’t see anything related to any M6 changes though in the brochure

The new Yenko's are pretty bad ass. $130k is way more than I would pay though, that's for sure. Who knows what the collectability of them in the future would be. I am sure the majority of people buying one are banking on that.

You'd NEVER get that money back for the Yenko unless it went into a time capsule and sat untouched with no miles for 50 years. Then maybe your adult child would be able to get what you paid for it back at some exotic televised auction...
