Because Hydro2 is a wet rinsing application it drives protection down into the wheel lugs and areas you can't get to with the reload. That's the difference. Also a helluva lot easier to spray the wheel then put reload on A MF and get it in and around all the little crevices… Too much work for me. I do like reload on big wide open surfaces, though. Reload is water soluble, you might try it, I have, and hydro is better. Gyeon wet coat works well too.
