Today my 2SS CE TPW went from 8/14 to 9/18 to 10/9.

TPWs can fluctuate back and forth quite a bit though. I honestly wouldn't expect many(or any) CEs this early in production just because of the new paint slow rollout that always happens early in the model year.

My local dealer just last week said they can't even order a Riptide Blue Camaro yet... I wanted to see if I could get some numbers from them and they wouldn't do it because they said they couldn't even order one yet and they had no idea what the value of my car would be when they actually could order one and get it in. If it's in the middle of winter here in WI they said my car would be worth far less. Who knows.. that's just what they told me...

They definitely can. I have a sold order Riptide Blue 2SS Convertible with a 9/4 tpw.
