Car Transport Company Questions

I am going to need a transport company to move my new Camaro 1800 miles each way on a round trip.

Have any of you worked with a good company in the past? Is there questions I should be asking? Should I just tow it with my truck and enjoy the drive? It will have a lay over of about two weeks prior to the return trip.

HELP !!!!!

I have dealt with one carrier for nationwide Corvette delivery that stands out - we're talking an enclosed hauler to protect your car - and first class service - FedEx Passport.

Here's the site for a quote:

Passport hauled my 68 from Kentucky to NC...........well worth the peace of mind of enclosed hauling........especially through the mountains.........

I am talking from western PA to Utah.
I would love to knwo how much that might cost. Possibly only ship from Utah back to PA. I wouldn't mind driving it one way, but I really do nto want to put those miles on the car right away for no reason!!!

Check out the following independent review website - I used it to pick a company for my last two transports, and there are thousands of reviews here. I used Specialty Mobile both times, and both experiences were excellent.

Passportfedex would run me $1,640 from PA to SATX....OUCH!

DAS wants $583 for shipping...talk about "more economical!" That's getting just a wee bit better, there.
