Boost and ported msd

Will a msd hold boost well and should it be ported on a boost application without blowing up. Go ported or stay normal?

I had mine up to 22psi, no issues. Don’t know about the porting.

mine's ported it was pretty nice from MSD worst next to the head where it is glued or plastic welded together. I can't tell a bit of difference between a ported MDS and ported TB and a stock intake and stock TB on FI.

Was there a reason you went with a 103 over a 95? And our cars are what a 87mm

3 years ago when I was FBO I went with MSD and 103mm, then (don't remember when) I got a 87mm ported on a ported MSD, for grins and giggles swapping to stock yields no SOTP change (I did it more to see if I can get rid of a strange harmonic that M6s with no primary cats are known for). The 95mm TB was not out then as it came on the ZR1.

I remember back a few years making over 1000rwhp with a 76mm tb. Seems like an over sized tb and porting the intake should be pretty far down the list of things to do. Spend the money on your fuel system. Make sure the tb is at least as big as the outlet on your blower.

Inlet restrictions to a blower are a pretty big deal.
