Modified Engine need new Plug Range?

I know if you add nitrous or boost to an engine you are suppose to change heat range of spark plugs. What about N/A builds? Forged internals, stage 2 cam, custom intake, E85. Would stock plugs still be fine? If not what are recommendations?

We would use the Brisk RR15S plugs in that application. They are equal to a heat range of a 6 NGK.
