My rear stripes are messed up. The right one isn’t lined up and both of the spoiler stripes have bubbles. Dealer having to order replacements.

Agreed - first time I've seen the outside of gift box - VERY nicely finished.

I'm so bummed out....I got my Hot Wheels Camaro back in June 2018 and so far GM is not thanking their loyal Canadian customers with the same gift box.

Anyone have any ideas/suggestions on the possibility of getting one for a Canadian client. I would even be willing to PAY for the gift box lol !

You are not alone. I bought a 2017 Fifty 2SS new and did not receive the gift box and I live in the US. I even emailed them and got no response.

Very frustrating for sure ! GM made a fantastic car in the new Camaro but their customer service is HORRIBLE !!!!

No one knows anything and the top priority seems to be to get rid of you asap by transferring you to someone else who is equally lacking in knowledge.

I spent about an hour being shuffled over the phone from one clueless customer service rep to another.

Very disappointing....this is the first GM vehicle I've had in about 25 years and while the car is great - I'm shocked how poor their follow up service is.

I totally agree, the Canadian GM call centre is useless, I've had many issues with getting a straight answer from them, no matter what GM vehicle I owned.
They're favorite line is "Check with your dealer", I then asked them, "So what are you here for?, to which they never have an answer for.

It's not just our Canadian friends who get bad GM support. They had no clue what I was talking about when I asked about the Commemorative Fifty gift package. It's the same down here in the US. Same thing...check with your dealer, don't know what you are talking about or no response at all.

Something Special for Show Season

My father-in-law is an accomplished model and die-cast diorama builder ... he did up a little something to put with my HW Convertible for show season ... Especially nice since I'll never see the GM package here in Canada.

I saw another Hot Wheels Camaro today. It was exiting the hwy as I was getting on.

The first I’ve seen on the road other than my own so it was fun. The car looks great and there is no missing it.
