Its actually Oshawa your referring about & the date for the last 5thgen is Friday November 20th. I'm working the day shift and hope to see the last one roll off the line. I worked on VIN # 001 so it will be a fitting occasion for me to see the last Oshawa built Camaro come off the line . I put off my retirement in order to be here

how do they plan to sell those Camaros that are being built all the way up to the 20th of November? There will be 6th gens in dealer lots by then??

November 20th will truly mark the passing of an automotive legend. The 5th gen Camaro really did raise the bar for the domestic sports car segment with class-leading performance when it first came out that truly sparked the modern horsepower wars, and bold American styling that, no matter how many naysayers claim it to look "outdated" and "boxy" when looking at it side-by-side with the 6th gen, will come to stand the test of time, especially years down the road when the 6th gen gets stale; which it will, and it will take less time than with the 5th gen. In my opinion, the 2016 just looks so... I don't know, global.

Kudos to you, Oshawa, your efforts will be forever remembered because I don't ever plan on giving up my 2011 SS.
