so just have an ugly car. And the term is form follows function. I think it is important to have both. If I am going to shell out my dollars on a nice car and want to add to it, I demand it look good and work well. And I do a fair bit of fabrication work on cars. I am certainly not a 15 yr old car show geek. I have built some pretty capable cars. My Camaro is my slower car after all.

Just a heads up for the guys looking at the GM version. Just got off the phone with my GM rep and he informed me that the GM version is part of an appearance package and that all orders that come in are to be canceled. I guess the part is not available just yet, he could not get me an ETA as to when they will be available.

BMR right now is the only way to go if you are looking for one right now. I like their mounting point, directed off the strut tower seems to be a good mounting point.

I seem to recall seeing a photo of a Vert H50 car with the GM brace.

The real question is which one of these will work with a blower?

A GM strut bar is included on convertible models as a solve for some rigidity requirement they needed to meet. The part that is odd, is that all pictures of the GM strut bars are a single-bolt attachment. This does not really provide for much, if any, transfer of load between the strut towers. That bar pictured above is likely a cosmetic only piece, which would explain Ricardo's post.

Maybe I'm missing something in the previous posts but that looks like 4 bolts to me.

Oh boy, this doesn't look like it will fit with the mishimoto catch can... and if it does, how would it affect it?
