Next, position the reservoir in the obvious location (see Andy's pic) after attaching the reservoir to the bracket with included hardware. Place the new hose on the top of the intercooler pump with a worm gear clamp loosely in place. Ensure the hose on top of the intercooler pump is fully seated before tightening clamp. Route this new hose like the factory hose which was removed and zip tie it to the other hose nearby. Attach this hose to the closer/lower location of the reservoir with another worm gear clamp.

Lastly...don't worry about "contents under pressure" when removing these hoses or some serious vacuum sounds, etc. Please don't attempt this on a warm/hot engine. Refill the reservoir with water or 50/50 dexcool and let it burp a little air as gravity will fill the hose to the intercooler pump...this is before you start the engine. Let the level settle to about 1/2 full and start the car...check for leaks. Watch the pump circulate the liquid in the system and add fluid until the reservoir is nearly full. Let the car run with the cap off for a few minutes. Turn off the car and fill reservoir almost to the top. Replace cap to reservoir and restart car. Double check the cap is sealing properly and double check clearances between the engine belt, manifold, etc. Zip tie with included ties as necessary. When running, you can open the little brass bleeder on top of water manifold to ensure a steady stream of fluid....probably not necessary with this improved system.

No need to worry...I doubt anyone will notice this isn't a factory piece. At Cars & Coffee, you can show off and no one will give it a second glance. Great job, ADM! Hope this helps!

Back in stock after months

So we finally have a new reservoir to replace the one we were using. The new setup can be purchased here -

Looks like you went away from the worm drive hose clamps to a more OEM-looking clamp. I like it !

I just received my kit, and thought I had been sent the wrong parts. Looks like this is the new design? Some instructions would be nice, as right now it doesn't look like the reservoir will fit in the location it's supposed to.

Anyone installed one of these recently?

A few pictures of how things are fitting. I don’t see any way it’s going to fit. If I use a 1” shim and bend the bracket, it might work. If I try to bolt it to the AC line bracket as-is, the reservoir hits the strut tower brace and AC line.

I guess I’ll see what ADM says. Maybe these don’t fit the 2018 cars? I remember Roto-Fab having issues with 2018 ZL1s due to some difference in the strut tower.

Ok
Looks good
I may be stupid
How this tank can remove air from the system?

If I understand well:
-we replace the filling pressure pipe with a deviation and an upper std tank.
Only 1 pipe, 2 tank connexions: than mean you have to put this tank in “series” ?
(I’m Still stupid)
-because it’s above the system and the intercoller pump, running pressure and initial gravity will fill the system?
-because it’s high, air will come through this tank and after several run will be with only fluid and no air?

Need more explanations...
To the provider: Why no clear tank to check the level?

Any flush to remove the connection from the intercolling pump?
(Thinking about residual pressure)

Why not fix it close to the intake ?
Close to a rotofab for example instead of the back...
Enough room for both this tank and catch can?
Anybody got both?

Tx
Start to look closely to that system...

Other stupid question:
How do we know pump is cavitating and shutting down?
Any lights, or do we have to listen or touch it somewhere?
