102 TB intake tube

So I'm switching from the 90mm TB to a 102 Nick Williams. Not sure how I'm going to stretch the 90mm elbow for my Maggie over the 102mm opening. I didn't see anything on Katechs website for this. What have others done in this situation?

Interested as well. Same situation here for my Whipple. My stock TB is my bottleneck but haven't seen any out the box options for my Roto-Fab. Hoping I don't have to get one fabricated.

Katechs said 92mm elbow will be streched and fit on 103mm TB..surprisingly. Not sure, but I will try next week.

Stretching it will work. That is what I had to do. Use a small polymer interior tool and roll it onto the throttle body.

I'm going to try the stretching thingy, but also looking on ebay for a 4" 90 degree silicone elbow. They are about 12 to 15 bucks. I'll try this weekend to stretch it first since I have two stock elbow to work with. I post my results.

When you do it please let me know if you had to buy a TB adapter plate from Whipple for it. I've heard you had to from Whipple and then Katech said they didn't need one when they installed two of them.

Mine came from Magnuson, its ported to fit the NW TB. Its done and I've fired it up and waiting for my new tune from Mike at Magnuson. I'll drive it tomorrow night after I load the tune on my HP tuners.
