AutoX track settings

Out of curiosity, what are you guys using for your track settings? I'll be taking the ZL1 out for its first track related event next weekend, and I'd like to hear your opinions on which track settings I should play with.

I'll be rocking my Continental Extreme Contacts in stock sizing, if it matters. I expect to spin a quite a bit, but anything I can do to maximize my cars capability on the course would be fantastic.

I usually do my first run in Track Mode Race Setting, and then after that the rest of the runs are done with everything off (traction button held down for 7 seconds). You have to be on it to stay ahead of the car though. If you are new to autox using race or sport 2 can help you out.

Are you running at Marana or Arizona Motorsports Park (AMP)? I just moved from the Phoenix region so I am familiar with where you will be. If at AMP your car will not pass the sound test. You can make some turn downs though and it will then pass.

I suspect if your competitive at all you will want to burn your tires after your second run. Pretty hard to be competitive with those tires even in a stock class, and if your in CAM-C your pride will take a real beating. I would run with nannies off as well, but given your handicapped with your tires, you may want to leave them on. You have at least 650 hp but you wont be able to use half of that. I say that, but if its raining or cold as hell you might look like a hero if you can keep your foot out of it.
