Internet mechanics are clocked in I see. With the ability to diagnose a problem through a video, you all should be the most highly paid e-mechanics on the internet. Wow.

Very odd. It sounds like it's either bad fuel pressure or the car partially closing the throttle. You said you had low supercharger coolant, it's possible the intercooler bricks are leaking. Have you had them check the coolant level again?

From the sounds of it they’re doing about as good of a job as the dealership did.

Were you the tech who worked on the car?

Update and some ECU data

Thanks to all of those who responded to my original post.
Apologies for the lack of concrete info.

The car has been sitting at the dealer this week and a GM field engineer came out and unfortunately did not have any concrete ideas since they can't reproduce the behavior. He is reportedly reaching out to GM performance and hoping that will be useful

In the meantime, I was able to download some very limited ECU data from my AIM Solo DL. I shared this info with BRC (formerly Ryne Cunningham Motorsports). Thanks Roy and Ryne. They were cool enough to look at my data but I don't have IAT2 data which is critical to answering this question. A few of you mentioned HP Tuners but I wasn't sure if it would capture this data and/or if any of you had experience with using the diagnostic capabilities of HP Tuners that you wouldn't mind sharing. I plan to call them this week to get more info about the parameters that can be recorded.

I have attached some pics that give more info including a quick screenshot showing the RPM's stutterin. I also have the.drk file from my AIM solo data logger which gives limited ECU data but I can't attach it here. I use AIM Race Studio software for this data but it is my understanding that this file type can be used with other software

Any other suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks all.

One thing that stands out for a cursory glance is 224* ECT.

That seems high for 91* ambient even driven hard.

I could see maybe 200-210, but 224. Man. Depending on IAT2 that could send your MAT calculation way up there.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge can contribute more.

I am of similar understanding of that, too. Coolant, IATs, extrapolations of radiant heat from the engine to the blower (I forget that term), oil temp and other stuff that I don't know. I imagine vehicle speed and ambient temperatures play a big role in that (obviously) but that's what I read somewhere (HPTuners forum probably).

MAT is not based on IAT2 (there is no IAT2 sensor on LT4), it is based on TMAP sensor.
