Winshield Replacement 1le with pdr

The glass place I brought my 1le in to replace windshield is having problems removing pdr cover and clips and plate from old windshield, can anyone give me pointers for him to remove without breaking plastic cover and plate from old windshield

Guessing you already got this taken care of? If I remember correctly the PDR slides onto posts in the glass and snaps in.
