This sucks bro! Open a Paypal case and get your money back. It makes all of us a little less apt to purchase from each other, even if there are only a few bad apples.

Is it possible to keep to one thread and bump it? That way, we can see the progress vs 9 threads saying the same thing. Just a thought (completely understand your frustration but, if you opened a dispute with PayPal, one will be good).
