Who is running 35 series tires

Wanted to ask 1le specific folks. Looking to buy a 2nd set of wheels with some all season tires for fall and spring. Whose running 285or275/35/20 and 305/35/20. After searching I'm seeing some conflicting opinions. Anyone running 35 series and have some pics?

No reason to do this in my mind. It's only going to cause fitment issues and throw the speedo calibration off.

It's an aspect ratio. Not a set number.

Because it's a common size for all season tires. 305/30/20 isnt

I'm aware it's a percent of the width. 35 vs 30 sidewall on stock widths is obviously a taller tire. Which is why I wanted to know if anyone's done it on a 1le.

Summer time the stock size summer tires will be on. But fall and spring it's cold up north and summer tires get scary

I'd be looking for a used set of non-1LE 6th gen wheels if I were you for fall/winter/early spring. Plenty of M+S options in narrower sizes... plus way cheaper.

That was my second thought. Buy 2ss size wheels and tires.

Best advice imo ^^^ Also you'd likely have many aftermarket choices as well. Either way, I'd go with skinnier rim/tire choice for better winter performance and less cost.

Edit: Nitto makes an all season tire in 295/30/20 and u could run it square on stocker rims.

I have a SS and I do. You will have to reroute wiring harness rear drivers side. I rubbed for 5 miles, then never again for 30k miles. I talk to be bfgoodrich and they do not have a schedule when they are gonna make 305/35/20 again. I hope soon because I need two new rears ready for winter. I just bought some summer tires yesterday until bfgoodrich cones back in stock. *I have been waiting months for them to come back in stock*

Thank you for all the info.

Last question. Stock front SS tire size is 245/40/20 which is 27.72".
Stock 1le 285/30/20 is 26.73".

Run that or go with 245/35/20 is 26.75" ?

Rear SS 275/35/20 is 27.58"
Rear 1le 305/30/20 is 27.2"
