Four Wheel Alignment at Chevy Dealer
Kind of painful - took over three hours, they apparently didn't know it was a ZL1 at first, had to align it three times (!). Car was covered in fingerprints when I got it back. Alignment was significantly out of spec and car only has 5k miles.
I still hate going to a Chevy dealer. |

Lesson learned is find a performance alignment shop or a Chevy dealer that moves a significant number of Z06/ZL1s (which wasn't this dealer). Here in Charlotte it's probably City Chevrolet

Sorry to say buddy, but the difference between left and right is too significant- even though they are both in spec. I would go back and have them even it out

Yeah camber. The car is not rocket science to align. The problem is that in the from there is a locking nut that the shop needs to use while aligning to try and keep the camber from moving. Without that it’s like a guess...I get my alignment done at Goodyear and have a decent tech who is meticulous. Find a good shop just get the front realigned.

Find a new shop. Just because it's all green doesn't mean it's correct. They made the difference on the front camber worse and it has a big difference in the rear camber. And if they did not replace the rear adjustment bolts, the alignment may not hold.

it's not difficult to get the camber matching. Lazy or ignorant, yes, difficult, no.
The front toe is about as easy as it can be. The rear just takes a little patience.

I would not live with that. Get it redone somewhere else.
Could be worse, the C7 and C8's have rear CASTER adjustments too, and you need a specific gauge ($900) to do it. No one has it and so we all make or buy our own. Go to a speed shop or do like I do and get in good with a shop owner and rent the machine.
