Quality Inspection hold?

Any ideas on what "quality inspection hold" could mean or things to look out for once the car arrives? Quick rundown...i ordered a ZL1 1LE on Oct 1st, built around Nov 11, and been bayed ever since. I requested a build sheet from gmauthority but havent recieved a response yet. Could it be just a routine check since the car has been sitting so long?
