Picking up my new Camaro6 tonight and have been trying desperately all month to get the illusive Private Offer. If anyone can help me out here would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Sorry bud, I gave it a go with no luck for you. Got 10 quotes in a row.

The process I did to get mine (this month) was:

1. Open chrome
2. Ctrl + Shift + n
3. type into the url www.chevy.com
4. Click from the header Vehicles -> Performance -> Camaro -> Build & Price 2016 Camaro
5.a. Begin to build your car. I have quite a few options on mine as well as it being a convertible.
5.b. Wait a few seconds after every option and "Next Step" you click
5.c. If you get a quote to pop up close out the incognito browser.
6. Report process until you receive one.

I was lucky enough to get it on my 2nd go.

I think it also helps to completely clear the history of your web browser. That was my trick and I got a private offer each time. Good luck!
