Wheel Spacers - anyone running them?

Rear wheels on my SS are tucked in a little too much for my taste. Looking at running a 3mm spacer to push them out a bit. Wondering if anyone has them and where you purchased them.

using a 3mm spacer on the rear.. Ben at weaponX is a good source:

20 x 9 front - offset 15
20 x 10.5 rear -offset 35 + 3 mm spacer
Tires - 275/35/20 & 295/35/20

Hi. Running a 3mm spacer won't really do much.
Glens look is acheived by running an offset that pushes the rim out about 16mm front and back.
He added the 3mm in the back for flushness with the fender.

If you want to push the stock rims out you will need something like
10mm - 15mm. But then you get into Hub spacers, the ones with studs attached.

It is something I am.looking into as well.

Thanks for the feedback.

I'm not looking to duplicate Glen's look, just want to push the wheels out a tad. I realize they will still be inside the fender and I'm ok with that. I plan on going with a slightly larger all season tire so the combo of the two should be much better than the sunken in stock look.

I think my guy that sells me wheels had good advice; buy the offset that gets you as close to the look you want, then a small spacer to dial it in perfect. That way you can use stock lugs and have enuf threads left for safety. We just did that on my new wheels, on rears, the fronts were perfect with the wheel offset.

I'm trying to get going on my wheel spacer project....but I am working 7 days right now. What little time I have I try to be a dad to my 3 boys.

I also am planning on some rims with a moderate push out and like Glen mentioned, it leaves room to tweak the final fitment with some thin spacers.

I would like to have this done yesterday......most likely a few weeks.
