Has there been any news of GM/Jack Cooper finally getting their stuff together and moving out cars in some type of timely manor? My 23 2SS 1LE has been built and available to ship (4000) since early May. Instead of shipping its been bouncing between 4300 and 4B00 for the last few months and has most recently been sitting in Grand Rapids at 4B00 for the last 4 weeks just getting beat up by the weather and sun. I am praying it ships out before the strike deadline.

Just wondering if anyone has heard any news, I assume they needs to start getting the 23's off the lot to make room for the 24's that are rolling out. At this point I've already set up for a closed trailer to get it from the dealer to my house if it shows up in the winter.

From my experience, 1LEs and anything getting stripes/hood wraps takes the longest to ship. I'm not sure if the logistics of moving the cars to and from the stripe/wrap installers and then back to the shipping area but they always take a lot longer to ship than non-stripe cars and non-1LEs.

Our LT1 went from 3800 to 4200 in 2 days, 4200 to 5000 in 20 days. Most of our non 1LE cars have been the same.

I bought a 23 2SS1LE out of dealer stock straight off the transporter in June, it was produced in Nov so seven months give or take.

I ordered a 23 LT1 at my local dealership on 6/15, it arrived at the dealer on 8/3 and i'm in CA! That makes sense on the stripes/wrap,they must just fall to the back of the shipper line after alteration.

I just saw that my car hit the dealer website as stock. From my understanding this usually means the vehicle is in transit. Seeing how I am only a couple hours drive away from Grand Rapids I am holding out hope to see my car this week!

My 2023 2SS 1LE has a build sticker of 6/23. It was delivered to a TN dealer in July. Sold order in which deal fell through and I lucked out.

It just means that the dealer has the invoice. Doesn't mean that it has actually shipped.

Mine was built in April. Didn't arrive at the dealer until a week ago. It's a crap shoot so good luck!

Finally an argument that can explain my wait. I ordered a wing spoiler + stripes on my car, the car was built in first week of March, and I am still waiting.

My dealer has been invoiced but the car has not shipped. Man, I hope it gets out of there soon…

My '23 has a build date (from the sticker on the door jam) of 7/23 it arrived at the dealer on 8/4/23 and i took delivery on 8/11
So about a month or so from build to delivery and from what I've read here that would be pretty quick. (Dealer is located just outside Pittsburgh) so close to the factory if that matters any.
