2nd morning in a row that C5 is working fine up until I write my post for this thread & go to submit & get that "page cannot be found" message. Oh, well, I guess that is a good time for them to work on hte site or something.

Skippy, I am very glad you are going to the fest. Nothing better for you than having a really fun time. You go & represent for us 'Ol farts. I wish I could go. I'd love to see you, but it is just not in the cards for us this year. Sending lots of positive thoughts your way.

There were scattered showers about this morning but is is suppoded to be clearing today. We now have baby birds under the carport & very busy robin parents. Mike also found a little nest in the tiny trees we planted beside the garage (little wrens I think) with 4 eggs in it. I am already looking forward to the club event on Saturday & my daughter driving home that day so I will probably see her that evening or Sunday depending on when she gets to leave & drive time. Have a great day everyone.

OT last night AND tonight. Not caught up, but closer than I have been in a long time.

Bathroom remodel is coming along nicely, nothing really to take photos of, but I have been posting some on facebook. A wall was built between a sink and the shower, but they contractor decided he did not like it, so he tore it down and built a better wall.

This will be the second week of no movement on the pool. It appears their plumber is overbooked. We sort of expected this, so we are not disappointed. But it would have been nice for THEM to tell us this vs. US calling them. But they could still finish my Memorial Day. We'll see.

Good evening crew. Odd day today. Only my first & last clients of the day showed up. Well another one showed up for the doctor then left before seeing me. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. That is just not right. It made for a boring day. It was a nice day though. I sat outside & ate my lunch & sat out on the deck when I got home, just enjoying the perfect temps & no flies & mosquitos. Quiet in here today. I hope that means everyone is doing fun stuff. Sweet dreams. I am tired & no excuse.

I'm here.

No OT tonight. Too much to do around the house. There will be no contractors here tomorrow, so we cleaned up. Pool contractors ~may~ be here Friday. The tile guy comes Monday to start tiling the bathroom.

Today the plumbers came to install the fixtures. More installation will be needed after the tile is installed. These smooth fixtures should be easy to clean. I attached five photos.

Imagine my surprise when they issued a $121 refund for an extra valve I did not need. Wow!

(The 1st, 2nd,3rd, and 5th pics should be portrait style, not landscape style)

Looks like things are coming along nicely in the bathroom. We sooooooo need to do some renovations in our house. It will have to wait until I sell the lot my dad & mom gave me. Last day of driving to Nashville this week. I hope Preparations for this weekend's Music City Marathon does not complicate the drive in. The had already moved in port-a-potties, barriers & portable surveillance cameras yesterday. I need to make myself go to bed earlier at night. I sure did not want to get up this morning. I need coffee!!! HAGD.

Nothing really happening at my house. It's been kind of a cold wet week weather wise and my wife has been sick so we have stayed at home a lot.

Hope the wife feels better soon zandron.

It was a kind of busy day today & another great day weather wise, just a little breezy but perfect temps. Tonight some storms are moving in but should not be too bad as the are expected to fall apart as they enter the more stable air here & because it will be night so cooler air. A worse round of storms is expected for Monday. Nashville is already a traffic mess getting ready for the Marathon on Saturday. I am really glad I don't have to drive in it tomorrow. I have some work to do still so I better get to it. Have a good evening crew.

Hope your wife gets well soon Zandron.

No contractors today, so it was quiet around here.

Took some pics of some cactus flowers in our back yard, but they're on my phone, which is charging now.

Good morning. No breakfast or coffee this morning as I have a doctor's appointment. Just a check-up but they will do blood work. I hate not having my morning routine. I will have to run home after the appointment & fix me a protein shake & maybe grab some coffee at work. There was not much to the overnight storms; just rain & a little thunder/lightning. It looks like a white 5th gen Camaro spun out on the interstate & smashed up the front end pretty good in Nashville. I hope it was not one of our folks. I guess I better get moving. Happy Friday!

Have some fun for us Skipp! Safe travels.

Have fun Skip.

Here are the flowers on our prickly pear cactus. Looks like two more will be blooming soon.

Not sure if I'll be cruising anywhere tomorrow as we may actually have a rainy day.

Pretty flowers!

It was a busy day in the local office which is good. It ensures I will get to keep spending Fridays close to home. But it means I have a bunch of work to do on computer tonight and I have to get up early in the morning for a Camaro club event. Sooooooooooooo, I decided to take the laptop outside for a while. Mike is washing Red Raider. Ruby just needed a little detailer spray & she is good to go. So for once i'm watching him wash his Camaro. It is usually the other way around. LOL I better get myself busy now. Have a good evening.
