Will you pay US 159,990 for a Camaro?

If this guy knew this car is worth this much he would not be selling it on ebay. It would be at the Barrett/Jackson auction in Scottsdale this January. Or RM or Russo/Steele. That is where you sell a high priced custom car.

$160k is a joke price.

I remember that car. And a lot of cars that auction at Barrett and Mechum etc are also listed in ebay and even craigslist. Would I pay that much? No. I would want to build most of it myself. But this is a helluva car.

I bought a 1970.5 RS back in 1977 for $1800.00 used.

He will not get asking price, not much info on car for $160k. Hmmm scam?

Either way the paint colours are terrible in my opinion?

It's a Bob Bertelsen build that apparently was featured in Car Craft and is being sold by R&H Collectibles. As for using e-bay, why not! Have seen some of his other builds and they are extremely nice! Agree, the color scheme is different but the asking price could be market value, considering market value is driven by want.

It wasn't built by the Ring Brothers but you can tell it has their influence. I'm not a fan of most of their work, or the styling of this car but there is a ton of work and money in this car. There's at least 70k worth of parts on it.

I've never seen this car, but I've seen couple of Ring Brothers builds and they would easily fetch well north of $100,000. They are simply amazing, one of a kind builds that rich guys happily write a fat check for.

Ok 160k is a joke but 159,990 is the real deal.

I certainly wouldn't for that one. Man is that thing ugly. Is the blue on the hood supposed to not match the rest of the car on purpose?
