Should be included with every SS & ZL1 -- might help lower the accident rate if people were better educated about the capabilities of these vehicles. And by extension, lower our rising insurance rates for V8's.

Agreed. Learning to drive your car on a track at it's limits makes you a way better driver on the street.

Mustangs?!?!

Sorry, Saw an opportunity and I took it...

But yes! That would be an awesome experience, especially if you are in your own car. Gets you to know your car on the track and the street!

This has been talked about for the last 4 years, and it always comes up short, time for some love for the Camaro.

Might even make more sense to offer it on the ZL1 & Z/28 than on the Cadillac -V's. Not that those aren't track capable cars ... it just seems like it would have more appeal to the Camaro crowd.

It's possible they're doing this to pander to the AMG/ BMW "M" series folks who want just that extra touch of exclusivity and made to feel special.

I agree it should be free with the ZL1 and Z/28 folks, and offered at a heavy discount to 1LE buyers.

First thing I said to myself when I saw that Caddy is offering this was if only they did that for Camaros (paid not free) and free for Z cars! That really would be AMAZING!

I've already scheduled Bonderaunt's 3-day High Performance Driving School for the end of this month. It features the 650hp 8.4L V10 Dodge Viper SRTŪ TA 2.0 with similar performance and handling to the new ZL1. Although I've owned a 1970 Nova SS 396 and 2014 Camaro SS 1LE, the new ZL1 is a whole different animal. I want to be ready to run it at road tracks and autocross. Besides, although I've never been a Dodge guy, that Viper is just about as badass and the ZL1.

Never run on a road track before but it's high time I did. I got away with hugging curves on back roads with my 1LE but I'd like to stretch out on a track like VIR. I'm hoping to run my new Gen 6 ZL1 at VIR on a track weekend. I heard that there were nearby Corvette clubs that would take me.
