Agree - probably the most frustrating thing when scoring in transit inventory . Dealers also love to add those LPO options like wheel locks, floor mats etc. I'm less offended by those, however.


On a Camaro the sunroof is just so polarizing due to the fact that it limits headroom and also ruins the nice double bouble roof.

When shopping for my Camaro I told my wife sunroof wasn't important. She says no, we should definitely get it.
Got a car with a sunroof. I use it all the time, wife will never use it.

Sunroof ruins the beautiful lines of this car for me. I’d love to have one, but it just changes the car enough that it doesn’t make me feel those special feelings…

It’s not odd at all. Buyers want them and they’re not available on the Mustang - plus they mean a few extra bucks in profit for the dealers. Of 828 ‘24 coupes in the Camaro Inventory now, half (398) have the sunroof.

I use the sunroof all the time on my ‘23 2SS, but my ‘18 1LE didn’t have one because of the helmet headroom issue.

Think most that order or buy a non ZL1 Camaro want a sunroof .... most people i know have it .... Whats funny to me the 2023 build has option to add 2nd gen ground effects Carbon Flash Metallic, yellow calipers, Infotainment Navigation, Cold Air Intake the 2024 build no option for those options.. maybe its something GM isnt offering anymore to order but something to be added on
I know my 2020 2SS showed 2nd gen ground effects Carbon Flash Metallic as a dealer installed option but it came from the factory delivered to the dealer off the truck with the front splitter, side skirts and rear already installed on the car.. A bit of a jump in price since its got the same options except the 2024 has no 2nd Gen ground effects, Nav,or Cold Air Intake factored into the price yet Crazy... Glad I bought it in 2020 stickered at $63,000 paid $57,000 with 0.99% Financing
